Internal Senior Accountant - GAAP

We are open to this Internal Senior Accountant - GAAP position being in any of our office locations: Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown, OH.

• Responsible for monthly GAAP financials
  • Equity tracking
  • M&A
  • Revenue
  • Allowances
  • Lease accounting
  • Tax by entity
  • Intercompany
    • Service Agreement
• Prepare for annual external audit as the "go to person" from the Finance department leading this effort
• Lending covenants
• Assist with M&A Analysis and M&A Implementation
• Assist with policy documentation project and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Must have some experience with GAAP accounting principals
• 3+ years of applicable experience 
• Highly detail oriented
• Proficient in Outlook and Word, advanced user of Excel
• Reliable and ability to work independently to manage tasks, projects, and deadlines
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with a service based business preferred
