Our comprehensive internship will provide you with all the tools and training you need to launch your career. There’s no coffee grabbing or mindlessly making photocopies here! Opportunity Details 

  • Internship Length:  June – Mid-August 2025 
  • Internship Schedule:  Full-time (32-40 hours/week on average)  
  • Summer Pencils Down Week: One week off for all employees to recharge (subject to change; unpaid for interns) 
  • Work Location:  Cleveland, OH or Hunt Valley, MD; Hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office/week) 
  • ResponsibilitiesClean up bookkeeping, reconcile bank statements, enter journal entries into internal systems, prepare financial statements, contribute to monthly check-in calls with clients

Requirements  

  • Degree:  Pursuing Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree 
  • Major: Accounting 
  • Coursework: Completed at least Junior year/3rd year before the internship program start date 

 

Preferred 

  • GPA: Minimum 3.0 
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs of clients and self-driven to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Estimated Hourly Rate Range:  $20 - $40/hour*  

*Hourly rates offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.  On an annual basis, estimated ranges are re-evaluated for upcoming early career cohorts according to market adjustments.
