Client Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise CIO’s and CXO’s to develop strategy around their IT function and the technology enablement needed to support and drive broader enterprise goals and objectives
• Help our clients assess their current IT maturity and partner with them to build their optimal technology roadmap
• Possess deep understanding of best-in-class major technology applications that support end-to-end finance, accounting, planning and forecasting processes
• Possess broader understanding of adjacent digital applications that support back-office operations as well as applications that bridge back-office to front-office
• Partner with clients on embarking on major technology investments, guiding them through the selection process and ensuring optimal fit with defined business requirements
• Provide robust project management knowledge, experience and frameworks to manage complex technology implementations, providing a key bridge between our client and the solution implementor (SI)

Practice Responsibilities:

• Continue to build a successful technology practice, partnering with the rest of the management consulting teams to build and deliver high value client solutions
• Refine existing and develop new processes, methodologies and delivery playbooks to ensure scalable and high-quality service delivery
• Build and execute successful growth and go-to-market strategies
• Enhance existing and Identify new complimentary service offerings
• Identify and execute new sales channels and opportunities
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology solution providers
• Manage and develop internal resources, helping accelerate their career growth

• Bachelor's degree required
  • Graduate degree/MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of technology consulting and advisory experience
• CPA and/or PMP certification preferred, additional certifications related to specific ERP and other finance and accounting related solutions a plus
• Proven leadership experience and experience managing and delivering transformative technology solutions
• Experience working across different industries
• Financial accounting knowledge and experience with major finance and accounting processes

 Estimated Salary Range:  $100,000 - $200,000*
