• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines
• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership
• Manage projects to ensure quality and timeliness
• Effectively manage multiple engagements in a team environment and work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services
• Research and consult on various accounting matters; ability to prepare technical memos or respond to authority inquiries when requested
• Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors
• Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing, and engagement economics

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working on clients in one or more of the following industries: automotive, technology & life science, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and construction, healthcare, professional services industries, etc. 
• 4+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
• CPA license required

Estimated Salary Range:  $80,000-150,000
