Our Real Estate Advisory professionals work closely with a variety of clients in the real estate and construction space including developers, homebuilders, real estate property owners, property management companies, and residential and commercial construction companies. We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our Real Estate Advisory team! We are open to this position being in any of the following markets: Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chicago and Baltimore (Virtual options in other markets will be considered). This job is not available for residents of Colorado or New York City.



  • Prepare and/or review financial models
  • Assist in tax structuring related to the modeled deal including organizational chart production
  • Assist with compliance testing requirements related to certain tax credit or economic incentive programs
  • Analyze product, market, and financial trends to help clients identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in tax planning, including partnerships and LLC expertise
  • Use data to generate reports and/or predictive models to support business performance monitoring and decision making
  • Analyze product, market, and financial trends to help clients identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to manage staff or work independently as needed
  • Drive discovery and analysis activities with client contacts
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders and clients


  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate modeling
  • Advanced excel skills required
  • Accounting or Finance background a plus
  • Knowledge of income taxation of real estate a plus
  • Knowledge of Qualified Opportunity Funds and Qualified Opportunity Zone Businesses a plus
  • Knowledge in modeling tax credit transactions (New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Renewable Energy Tax Credits) a plus
  • Knowledge of other Economic Development incentives a plus
